I just finished listening to the Pandora's Star audiobook from audible.com. It was a long 37 hrs and 26 mins. I heard about it from multiple people on the TWiT network. I liked it but I think I would have liked it better as a paper book as I lost track of what was happening a lot. The last half of the book I listened to it at 2X speed. Anyways, now I have moved on to Daemon by Daniel Suarez and I am liking it better so far.

Playout with Des Moines Paleo - Tree Climbing
Last weekend I joined my local paleo group, Des Moines Paleo. We went through some primal move exercises found on movnat.com. We creeped, crawled, jumped, rolled, played games & climbed some trees!

The Raven
I helped create this for my wife, Alyssa. She loves the poetry of Edgar Allan Poe and wanted something based on The Raven. So we shortened the text and used the best parts. I penciled all the lettering and she inked it. Then I drew the raven and grunged up the background and edges. Turned out kinda creepy, so now we have to find a good place to hang it.
I am now doing some freelance design for RXA Technology in Sioux City.
I didn't make their logo, but will be helping with their designs and photography.

I started listening to The Atheist Experience podcast almost 3 years ago. I got interested in the topic after a philosophy class in college. It helped me become more confident in outing myself as an atheist. I designed this because the logo for the podcast always looked kinda boring on my phone. So this is a rough draft. Let me know what you think in the comments.
